When a pickup request is made we recommend that the agent notify the homeowner so the post will be accessible for us to pick up. If we are unable to find a post at the property the agent will be notified and if we have to schedule a second trip to recover the post, the agent will be charged $14 for the second trip. If the agent is negligent in notifying us for a pick up or if we are unable to locate the post the agent may be charged $30 for the cost of replacing the post.
