· We install traditional wooden style colonial posts at residential listings.
· We can provide Clips/Top Brackets to secure your name or descriptive rider on the top of the post.
· We clean and store your signs, name riders, and name stickers
· Agents may place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the internet.
· Maximum installation time is four business days. We install Tuesday through Saturday.
· We are required to call for locates for all new installation requests. This adds 48 business hours to your request.

· Rental Term is 6 Months! Prompt Notification for post removal is appreciated and encouraged to prevent additional charges.

· Cities which are out of our regular service area are indicated with an additional charge next to them. The additional charge will be added to the regular installation price. Occasionally out of service areas may take one or two additional days for installation.
· This list does not reflect all areas in which we provide service. Prices are approximations and are not strictly determined by city limits. Post removals are included for all installations. Out of Area charges are subject to change.

Additional Notifications:
· If a post is stolen from your listing you will not be charged for the first stolen post. You will be charged regular price for another installation.
· When a pickup request is made we recommend that the agent notify the homeowner so the post will be accessible for us to pick up. If we are unable to find a post at the property the agent will be notified and if we have to schedule a second trip to recover the post, the agent will be charged $14 for the second trip. If the agent is negligent in notifying us for a pick up or if we are unable to locate the post the agent may be charged $30 for the cost of replacing the post.
· Any agent who moves a post from an old listing to a new listing will either be charged regular price for that listing or we will remove the post or both.
· Returned check fee is $25.
· Collection Service Fee: If it is necessary to send an invoice to our collection agent, your balance due will incur an additional 40% handling charge.
Broken Sprinkler Lines or Other Damages:
If we damage a sprinkler line due to our post installation; CALL US and we will have it repaired and accept full responsibility. If we are not notified of the damage and you choose to have the repair done we will reimburse you a maximum of $45.00.
· In the Parking Strip -which is the small strip of land between the sidewalk and the road.
· In the Right of Way -because home owners don’t own this portion of the property most municipalities will remove any signs placed in this area for a variety of reasons. If it is in a rural area where the county takes care of the land-for example mowing, the sign will be removed by that county.
· On land that is not for sale -an example of this might be that your property is on a cul-de-sac and the only way to get potentially buyers to see the sign is to place it in your neighbor’s yard with an arrow. Unless you have specific permission from that property owner that you may have a sign on their property, it is illegal to do so.
· At an intersection with an arrow potentially blocking a road sign. Real estate signs are not allowed to impede the vision of traffic.
· Some condominiums do not allow real estate signs advertising units for sale. If you are unsure about the allowance of a sign, please check your Condominium Documents or ask the Condominium Association responsible for your property. It is the Brokers responsibility to ensure we have permission to place a sign post for that property.
· Federal or state highways.
